White Rock with Ontarians

A crab leg and seashell.

This picture is Crescent Beach.

The pier at White Rock.

Another winner from Aleana.

Will, pretending to be a starfish (according to Aleana).  Not my Will :).

Curtain Interruption

Hope no one minds if we have a minor interruption to discuss kitchen curtains. It's been a year with nothing so the time has come to make a decision.  I want to sew them up and here are a few ideas that sang to me.  The ones above are my personal favorite but I've been told that they are too ...you know, tacky.  I may not care and do it anyway ;).

These ones here are tagged because they are simple and no sew.
Will doesn't like them and thinks it looks messy.
I think it's creative.

I LOVE this picture with all the blue.  That's the blue that I want to highlight in the curtains. I'm really digging the fabric in the curtains.

This curtain is cute too.

This is basically my kitchen (mine is brighter white though) so I thought I'd collect it for reference.
I like the roman blind.

Another patchwork curtain that I could go with...

Are you willing to share your favorite?  I'd like to hear from you!!
I'm going to do a valence or a roman shade.

Taking Ontarians to See the Pacific Ocean

Ethan just keeps getting taller and taller!!
We had guest stay with us from Ontario - 3 girls playing in the mass band concert.  It was fun having them!!

They also went to White Rock but I was having trouble downloading those photos.
I love how these two hang out together...

Langley Frisbee Park

Sisters Forever

Such long lashes!!!

Did you know there were frisbee parks?  I had no clue!!

Like I said before, Madilyn's penchant for fashion is awesome.
Spring dress, black tights, runners AND jacket to match :).

And Ben says "Really?".

March - 2016 - Latimer Lake

I was having some technical difficulties so the Latimer Lake pictures are interspersed with the 2 month shots of Ben.
At the end of our walk on the lake, there were these bike ramps that the kids had a hoot balancing on.

Hay!! Stay awhile I just want to talk!!

This is by Nadia - I think her heart is full of rainbows.

I always love Nadia's penchant for fashion.
Madilyn too!!! It's entertaining to the utmost degree.
Either it will make me laugh or give me great pleasure when she get's it "right" in my eyes.  It's all subjective isn't it?
