Hello and welcome to the newly revamped blog of Gloria Faber! Gloria is the full time housewife of her wonderful husband and a stay-at-home mom to seven very energetic children.
Gloria and her husband, Will enjoy taking evening walks together and getting out for coffee dates every once in a while. After all, seven kids can be quite a handful 11/12ths of the time. :P Despite the kids, she is a great mother who is always willing to read stories or let her girls give her pedicures.
In her spare time she enjoys sewing and reading. Sewing mostly though. Currently she is on a fabric fast (hasn't bought anything in 2 years!) until her 15+ projects-on-the-go are finished. Gloria would describe her sewing technique as "modern mistakes" since almost every project leaves her sewing room with her own special touch to it that isn't always intentional. All in all, she puts a lot of heart into sewing and quilting and that is truly what matters.
I hope you enjoy getting to know Gloria, her family, life, and sewing, just as much as she enjoys sharing it all with you.
