Rose, here are the cookies I tried to bake. Pretty funny looking. I really think the flour increments are wrong, but then again it could be the cook :).
The kids ate them anyway!!!

ReplyDeleteThe kids and I made cookies like that. A triple batch no less! After the first batch we figured it was the flour that wasn't tripled, and then after adding it they looked much better!
As for the curtains, I agree that velcro might work! For another idea, if you wanted to hang it from a rod, you'd need to redo the heading(top) and hang it on a cafe rod. They can be as cheap as $10, and there are different kinds, so you might find one that would mount there-hard to tell from the picture how to hang it up! Cafe rods can be found at a store that carries hardware for window treatments (home depot, fabricland, etc).
For blinds I have stapled fabric to wood with a heavy duty stapler, and covered it with matching fabric-but I'm not sure you could hide that as low down as a table!
